Common questions
- What counts as a generation?
- Each time you click Generate and receive a painted image, that uses one credit. If the generation fails for any technical reason, the credit is refunded.
- Can I combine a subscription and top-ups?
- Yes — top-up credits are used after your monthly allowance runs out, so you never have to wait until renewal.
- Do unused monthly credits roll over?
- Monthly credits reset at renewal and don't roll over. Top-up credits, however, never expire.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, you can cancel at any time. You'll keep any remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
- What is the Booster Pack?
- The Booster Pack is an exclusive add-on for active subscribers. It adds 50 credits to your subscription balance at £7 — that's £0.14 per generation, cheaper than your monthly rate of £0.18. Booster credits expire at the same time as your current subscription period.
- Can I save or share my generated images?
- Yes, you can download your generated images in WebP, PNG, or JPEG format and share them as you like. Generated images will also be saved in your account history until automatically deleted after the retention period.
- My image generated looks different from the preview?
- The image is generated by an AI model and is not always perfect. As newer and better models become available, we will update the app to use them — your credits will always be valid regardless of model updates.
